Write to us and a person reads it. Some of what you might write in for is faster as a button, and those are below too.
Write to support@parenteacher.app. It is read by a person, not a robot, and it is the right place for anything the routes below do not cover.
Something in a pack is wrong
Open the pack and use “Something’s wrong with this pack” underneath it. It reaches whoever looks after the maths, it names the pack for us so we do not have to ask which one, and it costs you nothing — not a pack, not your allowance. We check every number by machine before you see it, so if something is wrong, a check of ours has missed it and we want to know today.
You want a copy of everything we hold
“Everything we hold”, on your children’s page, sends you the lot — every child, every pack, every ask you typed. It happens immediately and nobody reads the request.
You want it all gone
“Delete everything” removes it, and it is two clicks from your children’s page. There is no retention period we hold you to and nothing to ask us for.
You would rather we did not email you
Every email we send carries a one-tap link to stop them, and it needs no sign-in. Your sign-in links keep working either way — those are not marketing and we cannot switch them off without switching off your account.
You want to know what we keep, and for how long
The privacy notice says it in full, including how long a guest’s work survives and what happens to it if you never make an account.
